As per Loli's admission, Bodyflo is billing their client an extra R7.13 on their account citing some or other admin fee levied by their head office. She also acknowledged that debit orders have been going off a day earlier and says it is a system glitch - she could not explain why it is now the 2nd month they are doing this.
When asked to explain the admin fee which is not provided for in the terms of he membership agreement - she said "the debit order is run through a third party" - but she could not expalin who the third party is & why there is now a third party on a debit order authorisation between myself and Bodyflo.
I expalined to her that Bodyflo is in essence breaching the contract we have, she said she understands and she apologises for it.
