I went to my home gym (horizonview) to attend a class, only to be told that my access was restricted to 4pm.
When the 14th Ave sales staff called me and came to where I lived on 31 March, so I could sihn a contract, I asked them about any restrictions and was informed that my "Club" membership ment that I could only use the Horizonview facility.
But when I was basically turned away on the 3rd of June, I was told that my membership was a "Off Peak" one and that I would need to upgrade for a "Club" one. I would never sign up for an "Off Peak" membership as I work in Sandton until 16:15. I had also never been turned away in the evenings prior to this.
I spoke to the person who initiated the sale at 14th Ave and nothing was done. I have also spoken to someone from the Soweto branch, when they called me to sign on during their open weekend. I have also gone as far as to file a complaint on the [URL Removed] portal. I was sold a certain product, the company has now saddled me with one that I can not use.
I need someone to listen and do something.
