After paying for a membership and not going to the gym this entire year I recently changed my membership from all day access to off-peak. I had an option of cancelling my membership or getting back into routine. I went this morning to distress, arrived at 07:50 and was denied access because it wasn't 08:00 yet. I asked for the manager and by the time the manager arrived it was probably 7 minutes to 08:00. I was upset over the fact that they were making an issue of 10 minutes and I requested to cancel my membership if they did not allow me access. My membership has been cancelled because of 10 minutes!!! Their loss!!!
