Cancel contract querie

Hi

I would like to cancel my contract due to the place smelling when you enter and the aircon does not even work in the gym. I am considering joining a other gym because im paying for something that im not using due to hygiene.

I joined Zone fitness in November 2012 and would like to know what the procedure is for cancelling a contract.
