I contacted zone fitness on 1 May with an account query. On 3 May, I received the following reply from Ilse "Our Cape Town branch database is currently offline. I will give you feedback once the database is online again."
Having had no further response, I emailed again on 15 May and 13 June and to date I have NOT had a reply to my query.
Very disappointing service.
