Its so so annoying how my complaint has been handled by Zone fitness. A lady by the name of Ilse has still not resolved my complaint. My refund has still not processed. Zone fitness is sitting with two payments for the month of April 2013. Zone fitness take this as my last communication with you otherwize I'm going to Ombudsman. You can clearly see on your records the debit order you took on 28th March plus mannual payment I made on 20th March. I need my refund as soon as possible.
