By the end of the telephone conversation, I was instructed to pay the cancellation fee directly to Zone Fitness and then fax through a payment confirmation. I did just that and am still being debited...
I sent through the original fax again a few days ago and still, have not been communicated with.
I find it sad that a customer has to complain online to get a response after having communicated two months prior.
I would appreciate any assistance in this matter.
