I had been in areas with zone fitnes and told them I am unable to pay because have no more money and my bank overdraft is exausted which they have been collecting their money electronically. They put my account with credit worx (CWX). CWX called me in october 2013 and I explained to them my financial situation as I had with Zone fitness, they were unsimpathetic and they just wanted money. So i had made an agreement with them that I will pay R100.00 at end of October 2013 which I did and the remaining R2417 will have to go borrow somewhere because I did not have the money to pay it.
In november 2013 I wrote to Zone fitness asking them to close my account as there is someone who will pay the money for me. they said no, so on the 28 november 2013 I went to Zone fitness personally to enquire about them closing my account. I spoke with Jade she assured me that I only needed to pay R2150.00 and not R2417, and the account will be closed. I made the payment of R2150.00. I sent e-mail conversations with Jade to CWX telling them my account is closed and they still calling me to pay.
CWX is harassing me and Zone fitness is doing nothing to stop them.
