Ehaviour condoned by Zone fitness

I signed up for a 24 month contract for R258.00 for my husband and I. A debit order for 2 seperate amounts of R129.00 and R165.00 was deducted from my account on the 31st December 2012 to date. A joining fee of R200.00 was also paid. I supplied evidence that my agreement of the contract was not tampered with and supplied copies of the contract to Ilse. To date Zone Fitness has not refunded the overcharge of R36 per month nor have they provided feedback on my last email.
