I have the same problem with Virgin Active that I have with Planet Fitness. I complained about a member sexually harassing me and then he sent e-mails and followed me to my car and shopping malls, even to church. He sent e-mails threatening me with my life. My son had cancer and in isolation for 5 months. He has to go to gym now and Virgin Active ignores my complaints. I moved to Virgin Active and a few months later the same person who threatened and harassed me from Planet Fitness joined Virgin Active. I complained and nothing happened. Then my dad and I stopped going to gym and stopped paying. I had them on HelloPeter.com and received two calls and the manageress told me I am right not to pay. She promised to sort the problem out. I am going to take them to court and they will pay my next house and holiday. I am going to claim R1million rand from them for harassing and threatening me to pay my account. I refuse! They can also remove my dad's name from their system. That will be another claim. They reject a person who urgently has to train after cancer. The oncologist commanded my child to train at a gym. VIRGIN ACTIVE REFUSES HIM! a Very nice claim with cost on the way
