I was training at Planet Fitness and complained about sexual harassment and death threats from a member. It was ignored. I then changed to Vigin Active. When I stopped paying Planet Fitness, who still threatens me for money, they asked the member to leave and he joined Virgin Active Bedfordview. He stalked me everywhere I went. He sent me e-mails threatening me with my life, under a false name. I discussed it with a manager at Virgin Active. I told him that this member is discussing me with other men in the gym and when they see me, they all laugh and make comments. This member followed me to church and shopping malls. Because the manager ignored my complaint, I stopped going to gym and therefore stopped payment. My son is a member and had cancer and the membership is on hold. For 20 years I went to gym every day. My son needs to train and cannot go to gym because the manager did nothing about my complaint. It is crucial that my son has to train every day. He is very unhappy about this and that is very bad for his health. According to the oncologist, he has to go to gym now. I will not pay any arrears, because of the managers' attitude. We suffer, the guilty is trianing peaceful.
