I am totally appalled by the service iv received from Virgin Active SA
I had requested a cancellation last month and money was deducted, i did not receive confirmation of cancellation. i spoke via email to a person named Inshaaf who is supposedly"a customer care "specialist"but according to me his speciality is incompetency.
R625 WAS DEDUCTED THIS MONTH WHEN I HAD CLEARLY SAID I WANT THAT MEMBERSHIP CANCELLED.
im telling everyone i know and every person i have reffered to rather switch to Planet Fitness!!!
