I have waited a long time for this gym to open and excited that it finally opened.
However:
Just to inform you for prevention of deterring prospective clients. The initial indemnity is a deterrent. I don't mind signing an indemnity but when I have to write my cell number as well as someone else's cell number in case of an emergency it makes me loose interest in even having a look at the gym. Because i really dont want sales people calling me all the time, especially when i am at work and I really dont think on my first visit ill slip and fall in the pool or drop a weight on my foot. Then once I signed the indemnity, I was told to take a seat and I'm normally a patient person but after half an hour of waiting on a public holiday and getting no sales consultant, I really felt like I wasted my time and just gave up and left. That was the second deterrent and probably the reason why I might not get my new contract with them, it is quite unfortunate.
