I totally agree with Aecrio's email. I see from the response that Ilse is willing to talk to her but what about the rest of the members of the gym? Why not set up a meeting and get all of our input? I also have 2 daughters at the gym and the only way that I could get them to join was because it is a woman's only gym. This is totally unacceptable. There is a gym a few metres away from Zone Fitness that allows men and woman. How can there be such a huge demand of men to join?
I am also surprised that your sms re this issue did not go out to all the members. In our family 1of 3 received the sms. Could you please make sure that ALL your members are informed?
