POOR SERVICE

I have six months now trying to be a member of Virgin Active, Germiston but there has been a lot of hassles, both from the gym and my Medical Aid. Recently, they PROMISED me that my membership will be activated on the 1/06/2013. Up until now nobody has bothered to contact me or update me on the progress this has led to me having to explain myself every-time I use the gym. It's been a SEMESTER!!! INITIATION FEE PAID EARLY IN THE YEAR...
