BAD SERVICE

I went to planet fitness to join the edgars special, and the consultant said that the special doesn't exits anymore and i had to pay R8600.00. I then went onto the internet and i couldn't find anywhere that states that the special had expired. I went back two (2) days later and cancel my contract and demanded a refund witch states in the contract that a refund will be processed in the event that a contract is cancel within five (5) days. I tried to phone the head office and there is no answer. When i do get thru there is no answer at the refund department or they are on lunch. There is no e-mail address to be found so that i can send my quire to. I would like to get my money back (full amount that i paid)
