Sunday 13 October 2013, my husband, my child of 18 months and i went to Spur overport, we were greeted and seated to my table, my husband took my child to kids play room and the one of the child minder took my child and played with her, my child was enjoying herself with this childminder, after 45 minutes later, the childminder asked one of the other childminders that was sitting in the corner doing nothing to take her and play with her, not realising that we were sitting facing them, she just shooked her head and said no, the other childminder carrying my child said to her, the parents are watching you, she quickly grabbed my child by one hand and took her (how dare she mis-handle my child), what if her arm got dislocated. My husband shouted and said bring my child back to us, the first childminder brought my child back and said to us please don't complain, we requested for the manager and was told she could'nt find him, my husband got up and found the manager and advised him on what happened, he said to my husband that he will speak to her, manager took her into the back room. We requested for bill, paid and left details our details with the waitress and guess he never received it.
