Went to Planet Fitness on 01/02 interested in a contract, cancelled the contract on 04/02 via email because of my husbands health (had a hiatus hernia operation and not fit for exercise yet). Did send my husband's contact details to Planet Fitness on 04/02, never received a call. Another email to PF on 18/02 that the Vitality also cancelled by medical aid. On 02/05 two debits went through our bank account for PF contracts, according to us not existing. I phoned PF on 02/05 enquiring about the debits that went through our account and also informed the lady Mariska that we cancelled the contracts and did send her the emails that I send to Nonhlanhla Tau (Sales Manager) regarding the cancelling of the contracts. Received no reply!!! On 21/05 I get sms regarding account in arrears. I send email to Mariska on 21/05 asking about this matter, if it was solved yet, no reply again!!! Today 03/06 another two debits through our account for PF. So sick and tired of people not doing their jobs. I had to get the bank to stop the payments again after a of a fight. So please help me to solve this issue ASAP. There is no existing contract between ourselves and Planet Fitness!!! Maryna
