This is to inform you that i Callie. L. Robertson had a contract with VirginActive Gateway which ended in March 2013. Before the contract endedi spoke to my sales rep. Zora and she told me that the R 400.00 a monthwould still stand and that they would review it in January 2014. In May 2013i then noticed i was now being charged R 429.00 and i approached her againthinking there had been a mistake. Zora then told me that the fees hadgone up and i said i was not going to pay the extra. Zora then told methat she would speak to Jackie (manager) and get back to me. On the3rd June in the afternoon Jackie phoned me and told me she was onleave and when she returned to work she would sort it out. Jackie neverphoned me and still hasn"t. I spoke to Zora before the end of May andif nobody wants to phone me back then my month to month basis endedin May 2013. i have checked my cell phone records and you are welcometo do the same.
