No feedback no customer service

I've relocated to Dubai and need to cancel my gym contract, after several phone calls speaking to incompetent staff I decided to email the gym, I've send 4 emails in a period of a week and to this day still no reply and if that is not bad enough now our membership fee has gone up with no prior notice from the gym, this is the worst service ever and so frustrating as no one ever gets back to you, something needs to be done
