I joined More Golf and they assured me that I can cancel my membership whenever I want to.
Now I wanted to cancel my membership.
First I sent an email to the lady that helped me apply - a week later I have no reply from her (but they can instantly reply when they want you to apply)
Then I phone them and conveniently she's not in. then I get instructed to send an email and just phone head office and they will cancel it immediately.
This is not the case - you have to give 30days notice etc - which I was never informed of.
I want this cancelled TODAY!
