NOT CANCELLING CONTRACT AS INSTRUCTED

I have relocated to the UK and did so before my contract was due to expire. I found out how much it was going to be to cancel it and decided to wait and then phone from the UK to arrange the cancellation. Initially i was going to keep my number as a pay as you go and use it when i came home but decided against it and instructed the MTN support person as such. They have still not cancelled the contract and the monthly amount is now racking up and they are just saying pay the amount and it will be cancelled! That is absolute and it takes them TWO MONTHS to reply to my emails! I don't have a landline in the UK so for me to call via my cell phone will cost a fortune!!! GET THIS SORTED OUT MTN!!! I AM NOT PAYING THESE OUTSTANDING CHARGES WHEN I GAVE YOU MY MONTHS NOTICE TO CANCEL!!!
