I am really so sick and tired of the incompetant service I am getting from this club. Due to their incompetance they had to credit R10000 8 months ago, my contract has been cancelled in error, my back accounts details has been loaded that my branch is in Lesotho, and now due to a new system in place the debit orders doesnt go through. The best is, they only pick up payment issues when one starts to query what is going on and then they suspend your tag. I have escalated this matter to the CEO but also no response.
This has been ongoing for the past two weeks already. All my correspondance is actually red by the resposinsible individuals but just ignored. Is there perhaps someone higher I can take my complaint to now.
