I joined in Oct 2012, paid the full amount for 3 years in full with credit card, in Dec 2012 they bill me a 2nd time full amount, after about 3 weeks they rectified it, @end Jan 2013 still awaiting black tag, then eventually got it with all my phone calls. The only reason I joined was that they opened @4 in mornings, as I work @6 to late. Get to gym & sign on door saying for next 8 weeks only opening @5 due to reconstruction. Now tried to cancel contract, Lee Ann realised it was a paid in full contract & told me outright I won't get my money back, must rather try selling the contract. Got a buyer for half of what I paid, which was R6700, tried to put it in his name & got told that my buyer must now pay them 50% of the initial contract fee, thereby boycotting me from selling it. Which was a fully paid contract. I now train @home, with nothing to show and no benefit of a fully paid 3 year contract. THANKS PLANET WOLVES!
