I have been a member of virgin active for 7 years (premium membership). Durbanville Virgin Active is the worst gym I have been to. I recently (just over 2months ago) started going to this gym particularly for step class on a Thursday morning at 5:15am. We have asked that the instructor is given a mic for class, up until today there was no mic. Studio 1 leaks badly when it rains, to the point that the electrical cords for the music system sit in water which is dangerous. We get to the gym and the water has not been cleaned, so we not able to start on time, what is the purpose of opening the gym early before we arrive if such is not attended to. The mats for the floor exercises are smelly and filthy.
Please can you attend to these issues, this is supposed to be a new gym - what is the problem, it is not at the level of other Virgin Active gyms
