I am really disappointed in my Virgin Active branch at Milpark. Currently there is a 2 hour parking policy, after which the gym user must pay for parking their vehicle when using their gym, due to the location they are based in.

I really feel like this is not conducive to using the Virgin facilities- one cannot get a good workout, relax and use the other facilities provided, or even get Kauai, as we have to rush out, to avoid the additional parking costs.

None of the other branches have this system in place- which allows members to use their gyms at leisure, socialise and use the computer facilities. I think Virgin should not promote this kind of membership at Milpark, not only because it sends the wrong message, but especially because it is a hidden cost that is borne by us members, and therefore these membership fees quoted are actually misleading!

Many of the Milpark gym members, now rush out before 2 hours expire, and come back in, to avoid paying a daily R8 burden. Is this really fair to expect us to rush our daily work out, or resort to such ludicrousy? The parking limit must be extended to greater than 2 hours- at least to 3 or even 4.

I am highly disappointed by this!
