I've been going to the Balfour Park gym for a while now, and it is managed well, the staff are friendly, the change rooms are clean and neat, and it's a pleasure going there. It's much nicer than Greenstone where I used to go. I must compliment the cleaning staff in the mens change rooms and showers: They're always busy and keep the place spotless.
I have one request though: The steam room is usually far too cold. Most times I've used it, the guys spray the thermostat with cold water to get the steam temp up to better levels. Can it not just be switched to a higher setting?
Oh, and one small complaint that's not really a Virgin issue... I often see members parking in the Disabled Parking zone and then going into the gym. Would it be possible to put up a notice asking members not to do this?
