On 26/04 we ordered and paid for Inv13475. Then on the 29/04 we changed our order to include more and that was on Inv13477. On 30/04 we paid for the product on the understanding that the products would be send on the same day should the payment be made before 15h00.(as per website) On the 02/05 we received an email from Christine stating that the parcel had been send. I repeatedly asked for the tracking number which I finally received on the 09/05 However when I enquired from the post office the tracking number referred to an FF Kleynhans and not to me. I therefore still do not know where my parcel is and when I may receive it. After a big fight with Christine on the 15/05 she admitted that the
parcel was not send and only send it on the 15/05 and mail me with the tracking number. I also reported her to Red Devil Pharmaceuticals where she is buying the product from. Felix said there is not much he can do because she is buying the product from him and sell to the public. Felix gave me my full order for free because he is aware of the problem with the delivery from Christine. She do the same to my friends when they order. You pay R68 for speed delivery and receive when se decid
