Both the service level and attitude is awesome!

Me & my wife recently joined Virgin Active in Menlyn and thus far I cannot state how awesome the service level of this club is.

The staff seem to just be extremely effective & their friendliness exceeds all expectations. One of the sales consultants named Frans, even went out of his way to say hi at a shopping centre a few days after I met him at a stage where I haven't even joined yet.

The guys in reception also make the arrival & enquiry experiences worth while. A mention to Tara who always seem to be smiling & is extremely helpful in going that extra mile just in greeting you & seeking an answer for any enquiry.

Then a special mention to Piet at reception! I had a frustrating experience with a refund due to me by head office & he guaranteed me that he would get back to me within a certain time. I wasn't able to answer the phone at that time & Piet not only left a very professional message but also backed it up with a email explaining the status in the finest detail. After this he phoned me again just to provide feedback in person.

By the way-Piet is the only employee of that entire branch who actually knows what the bench press bars weigh. Why? -Because he pays attention.
