I would like to compliment Dragons Sports and the team, Llewellyn, Gert and Deon for sorting out my warranty claim, over the years I have experienced two problems with my Giant mountain bikes and on both occasions they have honored the warranty, no questions asked. The Giant brand is awesome, their bikes carry a lifetime warranty against certain faults and if you fall within the correct category then you can be certain that your claim will be sorted out. I was able to speak directly to Llewellyn at Dragons Sports which is not normally allowed, as all claims MUST go through your local bike shop, but in this rare instant he accepted my calls and proved that they truly are a World Wide brand that offer great service. I will continue to purchase Giant bikes because of this and would never consider a brand that cannot offer these same type of warranties.
