No sense of urgency on customer complaint

I bought a couch, amongst other items, at the end of January. On the 4th of Feb the goods were delivered. When the couch was assemblied, it was discovered that screws were missing. The following day the delivery guys came back with the screws and assemblied the couch. On the 6th the legs had come off the couch. I reported the matter to Morkels on the 9th Feb, and up until today, two months later, the couch hasn't been fixed.
