I lodged a formal complaint with Virgin Active and within minutes I knew my complaint was looked into. I got phone calls and email response. I must say I am very pleased with Ronel Van Loggerenberg and Tracy-Lee Delport's attitude to customer complaints and wish and hoping that they do not only respond quickly to complains but that they actually go back to the cause/root of the problem to resolve and ensure that similar bad experience are never encountered by other customers.
A great complaints department with efficient complaints managers.
