Being overcharged now 3 months

Hi there, in jan i degraded my contract from being able to use any gym in SA, to only using the 3 virgin active in my city. The first month the rate changed from 250 to 99 and 99 got debited. But now the last 3 months it has taken off 250 every month? i want that back or they can cancel my account cos its . thanks
