I went into Virgin Active Sunninghill on 8 April 2013 to cancel my membership, due to the fact that I was moving overseas. I completed a written statement at the club and received a printout to confirm that my membership was cancelled. I was also told that there will be no further deductions / penalties / cancellation fees.
On 30 April, R464 was deducted from my account - an even greater amount than my monthly club fees. This is unacceptable and difficult to rectify, as I am not in the country anymore.
Please can you assist in resolving the matter urgently.
