I purchased a brand NEW Braun 5-Series electric shaver about a year ago and now cannot find any consumables for this product either at Clicks or Dischem (where I purchased the product). I was simply told that there are issues with the agency to supply these products and consumables! I am outraged as I spent a fortune on a product and which they now cannot service any longer!!! This is a matter for the Consumer Commission. I should be given my money back so that I can go and purchase a more reliable brand elsewhere. Now, having a look at the Procter & Gamble website, they are displaying this product as NEW - yet it has been discontinued??? Such a contradiction, and nowhere do I find an apology statement on their website as to what is happening with Braun products. We need clarity as to what is happening and at least be honest and transparent towards consumers.By keeping quiet is being dishonest! We need the truth... PLEASE!
