3 Days later and NO FEEDBACK!

I placed an order with Zando on Tuesday - R1000.00 with the additional "express" delivery. On Wednesday morning I went online and enquired about the status of my order, as I needed the item by this weekend. The response was that my order was unpaid. I explained that I had emailed the proof of payment and I had made a Standard to Standard transfer. At the same time I had made a transfer from Standard to FNB and that had cleared. The online consultant told me he had found my POP and had sent it to Finance as they could not pick up my payment. Yesterday I recieved an email asking for payment. I again contacted the online support who apologized and got it sorted out immediately - the email came through confirming payment. I waited a few hours and went back online at about 15:00pm to request my tracking number. All they could see was that the courier was scheduled to pick up the parcel at 11:56am. No further correspondence. Nothing. I am really upset that I have had to chase and chase. I paid extra for the "express" delivery when I could have gone to Sportsman's Warehouse and got the same item with LOADS less stress. I will never use this company again. What a waste of R1000.00!!!
