i reported that i lost my watch on the 26/10/2013 at American swiss brits mall i spoke to Thabang the sales person she keeps on telling me that insurance company doesnt pick up their calls its more than 6weeks still waiting for feedback. Can someone pls help cause this is too much now all i want is to have the new watch as i have an INSURANCE WITH THEM.I ALREADY WROTE IT TO HELLO PETER ON THE 26/11/2013 BUT STILL NO RESPOND PLEASE ADVISE WHAT TO DO KNOW AS I CANT WAIT ANY LONGER.
