I purchased a Police watch from American Swiss in Knysna Mall on Sunday 27 January 2013. Sale went fine when my wife purchased it, until I sat working out the features of the watch. I noticed that the number two digit doesn't display properly. Now you can imaging a well know brand that costs R1000. I took the watch back being a bit dissappointed, and was told they do not have another model in stock and called the George branch to order another one for me. I was told by the "manager" that I would have it by Tuesday morning. Tuesday afternoon at 14h00 I went and was told they did not have it yet. The "manager" phoned the George branch and was told they never sent it because they didn't have any other packages. I was furious and said that it is not acceptable as I believe do not tell someone something if you cannot deliver, and no follow up. I said I cannot keep comming in & out of town as they don't call and let me know. With attitude the manager said "well then we will probably have to walk and bring it to you". I was assured it would be here on Wednesday and will let me know, well Wednesday has come and gone..guess what? nobody has phoned to let me know it's there or not..disgusting
