Im mailing with regards to a insurance claim that i have done at the american swiss kenilworth branch this is also where i opened my account which took rather quickly to approve, might i add.i have closed this account an payed up all that was due including my insurance, they quick to make commision on open accounts not explaining any terms an condtions, with regards to my watch an my insurance that was taken out, im assuming they work on commission an all staff want to do is make target, they loose sight of customer service. The after service i was about to reopen this account aswell, now that i am claiming for a Guess watch that i purchased there, its taking the insurance company almost a month to give me a answer.?? iv changed my mind and i just want to say that the manager of the store has a bad attitude. when i went to enquire about how far my claim was, im disapointed in the sloppy service im recieving, working in the mall should not be a reason to recieve service.
