I purchased a samsung led tv in August 2013. I had to return it after 2 days, and was given a new one. Now 5 months later this tv has packed up. When I took it in to the store where I purchased the tv, I was informed that it will take 3 weeks to repair. So for 3 weeks I will be without a television. Your service times are pathetic. I think you should inform customers about the long wait for repairs before they purchase a samsung product.
