I purchased a television on the 17TH November 2012, and on the 01 of April the television for which I PAID
R6 249, started giving problems. I think this is EXTREMLY ridiculous, as I paid cash and really expected better than this. I took the tv in for repairs on the 01 April and up until yesterday did not receive one courtesy call to advise the progess of the repair, however on day 21 which was yesterday I receive a call to say the tv is ready for collection . I went into the store yesterday and asked for the manager, Hilton and explained to him what had happended. To my suprise his attitude to be quite frank really sucked as he told me seeing that no one called he can offer me a voucher!! This is not the point, the point is where is the service delivery. I am now expected to take a tv which went into repairs and NO ONE had the courtesy to call. I am expected to take back a television that was not even 5 months old and giving problems. I do not think this is fair as if the tv was a year old would have been a different situation. I left the television in the store . Did not even receive a call as yet.
