I am a loyal customer of Clicks and have always encountered polite staff. Bu the pharmacy at Clicks in Southdowns Irene is always busy and they are always short staffed. Today I waited in a queue for more than sixty minutes and aside from that there was a sick woman there who they could have seen to but because they dont care about the customers they ignored her and I ended up giving her my place in the queue in order for her to get done and leave. There was a pharmacist in the back sitting and doing only knows what for the entire hour that i was in the queue and eventually she came to the front to help customers. As if this was not bad enough I then got to the worst mannered person I have ever encountered. I dont know his name - he is a bald black pharmacist and when I enquired about the lack of staff available his tone and attitude was abrupt when he informed me that it is what it is and if I dont like it then I dont have to stand in the queue I can leave. He also decided that my attitude was bad and decided not to serve me and asked someone else to do it. Really clicks??? i spent R841 there and do so every month and sometimes alot more!!!
