Lack of information on pressure cooke

The following is the complaint I raised with the Customer Service dept. I have not had the courtesy of a reply.
My wife recently bought the Boardmans electric pressure cooker from Boardmans Eastgate, Johannesburg shop. She is delighted with her purchase but is disappointed in the lack of cooking instructions, only a user manual was included in the box. The cooking guide (page 8 in the manual), is too brief to assist someone in using the product correctly.

There is no way of knowing what the individual cooking programmes stand for. Surely you should supply some idea or instruction manual on how to braise or how long it will take to make various types of soup.
The heading of Bean means absolutely nothing without more specific details of the cooking times for various types of beans. The heading of Chicken/Duck/Meat means nothing without further details of cooking times for whatever kind of meat etc., is being prepared.
