I recently wrote about the excellent service that I received from the woolworths branch manager at Parow, Cape Town. Today I received par excellence service from the Westville branch manager, Carra Jakobi. I had a query about chicken sausages not having a Halaal sticker. She contacted the necessary authorities immediately & provided me with a response while I was still shopping at the store. She followed it up with a telephone call to me a few hours later providing me with a reference number of the complaint that she logged with head office. She was pleasant, kind & compassionate. Well done for par excellence service.
