False hope that Woolworths will answer a web query

This 12 Jan I contacted Woolworths through their web page.

I asked about getting a pair of unused sunglasses. (A new set that hasn't been handled by scores of shoppers)

Woolworths emailed me back with "Thank you for your query! We will respond in the next 24 hours"

Woolworths' response up to 4 days later: NOTHING
