Feedback on Shoes

I would like to compliment Woolworths Sandton especially on their service. I recently wanted to buy a pair of shoes from Woolworths and was told that there were several pairs available in my size at Woolworths Sandton. While they could not locate the shoes when I was in the shop, they took down my number to phone me when they found the shoes. I am pleased to report that I had a call back from the staff at Woolworths Sandton to say that they had found the shoes I requested and would send them to the Melrose Arch branch.

I would also like to compliment Woolworths on the quality of their staff. They are (in general) very friendly, helpful and competent. I find shopping at Woolworths a far more pleasant experience than, for instance (and again, in general), Pick n Pay.
