After telephoning Woolworths Cusomter Service 3 times, registering my query on their website, receiving a confirmation of the query and a promise to receive feedback within 48 hours (which to date has never happened) as well as the amazimtoti store manager promissing goats milk every two days only to move it from Monday to Wednesday to Thursday and NOW next week Tuesday I am now fed up. I am actually embarassed to state how much I spend at Woolworths because of the excessive amount of groceries we purchase every month. I have even asked the Amazimtoti manager to get someone from head office to call me, used their website, and even facebook as a forum and still no feedback. Unfortunately our household is lactose intolerants and this is NOT a luxuary but a necessity one that Woolworths doest seem to take seriously.
