Equested rep to come around for order on 19 April. He responded that he will come around on 24 April. Wednesday 24 April at 17h08 I followed up because he did not show up. His response @ 17H12 ; ' sori i'll tel da guy 2 cum 2mrw coz am nt wrkin 2mrw' that did not happen!!!
Thursday @ 19h53 I notified rep that I was still waiting and needed stock for the weekend and that I wanted the number for complaints. His reply @ 19h58 : ' I'll find out 2mrw morning den i'll col' That didn't happen.
Clearly the rep feels nothing for customers!!!
