I wanted to buy a simple shelving board that was priced R150 but it was the only one left and was chipped in one corner. I then asked if they would give damaged discount at the till so they said they will call the aisle assistant over the store microfone. I waited for 15 minutes because they couldn't find him anywhere although he must be somewhere in the shop. Someone else then stood in for him because he was just nowhere to be found. This guy then disappeared for another 50 minutes and when we asked what the problem was they said the item didn't have a barcode and even after I said leave the discount just give me the shelve so I can go pay they said no they can't simply work from the price listed on the shelve. What they said would take only 10 minutes is now over an hour and I'm still waiting as I'm typing this complaint. If I could buy the thing at another place I would but unfortunately Game is the only place that has it. This is extremely bad customer service in my opinion.
