Bad atttitude off the staff

I went to the Games store on Saturday afternoon, to purchase a patio set that was advertised. I waited almost an hour but no staff members wanted to help. I just got told that they do not work in that section.

Lots of staff members proceeded to the staff room just behind the out door section. Numerous announcements were made but hence no help at all.

I proceeded to information to ask for the store manager, and the lady advised he was off duty and i can speak to the 2nd in charge. She phoned him but to my astonishment he did not come to the information counter.

I was not the only customer that was complaining!!!

I proceed back to the out door section. and realised that i am wasting my time. And then as for the store managers contact information, now the second in charge arrives and informs me that he can not give out that information.

BUT STILL DID NOT ASK IF I NEED HELP!!!

The service at GAME CLEARWATER!!!

I went the next day to the GAME at BANBURY CROSSING. Took me 10 minutes to get my purchases done and the gentlemen even help me load it in my car.

It is a shame, as Clearwater Mall is 5 minutes away from my house.

Something needs to be done!
